THE PROCESS
PROGRAM
An in-depth discussion on the space, the interior style and concept, and the availability of different materials. Photoshoot and measurement of the project site is conducted in this phase.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
The design conceptualization starts in this phase and preliminary plans with furniture layout, image boards, and preliminary perspectives are presented to the client for approval.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Detailed drawing of the schematic design is produced with considerations to the different aspects of the design.
CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Technical drawings and specifications that are necessary are prepared prior to building permit application and construction.
CONSTRUCTION
After the approval of the construction budget, construction and installation begin.
